Simplify- See, whenever you are taking a lecture, there is a possibility that your students come across many complex sentences or words which are difficult to understand. When students cannot understand things correctly, they become bored and lose interest in the subject. Being a teacher, it is your responsibility to ensure that all your students stay focused and understand things properly. So! Whenever you explain things to your students, make sure that you clear their concepts. Make sure to simplify every complex sentence or word in a very simple language. Keep Energizing your students- being a teacher, you need to understand that students are not robots. You cannot expect your students to be always acting like a robot. Students are also human beings like you, and they also need to rest to keep their concentration intact. To keep them energized, you need to involve them in some activity. When students are engaged in some activities, their minds will stay active throughout the class. They will become more focused. Being a teacher, try to keep your students energized. Involve them in some activities or give them a small water break between the class to keep their minds refreshed. Meditation also plays a crucial role in supporting their interest intact. So! A teacher advises your student to meditate in the morning for at least 30 minutes.
Make sure you do not stress them- Being a teacher, you should understand the mental health of your students. Being a teacher does not mean that you will do whatever you want.
